If you have interest in working on the harvest, Froese Brothers Inc. would be a great place to work. It will provide great life experience and education while you make new life-long friends. We work in at least 4 states every year, and see a lot of different scenery, from the flint hills of eastern Kansas, the high plains of western Kansas, to the hills of Oklahoma, and the wide open space of eastern Colorado. The accommodations are comfortable. Each of our large crew trailers sleep 6 and are equipped with central heat/air, washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, 2 full size bathrooms, and sufficient living area. Most meals are prepared by our wives, and you might even gain a few pounds. We usually take Sundays off and go to church, but depending on circumstances this isn't always possible. We generally start to have our crew arrive in April and May, and finish up in November. Though we do have a fairly large operation we generally have crews running in two or three different locations and that keeps us from losing the family atmosphere that we try to maintain. We receive compliments about our crew from our customers nearly everywhere we go. We understand that this comes from hiring the right people and taking good care of them.
